Vocational Assessment and Exploration
KKI takes pride in customizing assessments at any of our locations or at an employer's site. We offer:
- Vocational Evaluations
- Job Tryouts
- On-the-Job Evaluations
- Situational Assessments
- Pre-Employment Interview Assessments
Case Management Services
- Development and/or implementation of a vocational or independent living rehabilitation plan
- Coordinate referrals for services giving access to available vocational rehabilitation services for which our customer is eligible
- Coordinate the receipt of services with appropriate treatment teams and participate in treatment team and discharge planning for the purpose of implementing appropriate vocational rehabilitation plans.
- Serve as a liaison to the State vocational rehabilitation service, state job services, and other Federal, State and community agencies
Job Placement Services
KKI focuses on supporting individuals by helping them become employed whether they are new to the job market or seasoned professionals. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each job seeker.
